Cotton Twines are used very largely by the more traditional
packaging Companies. Their uses are mainly the stationery trade,
and for general purpose tying. The twines are made from cotton yarn,
which is spun in European Mills. It has been our Company policy
to continue to produce our Cotton Twines to the relevant British
Standard which although it involves an additional twisting operation,
creates a superior, more balanced and stronger product.
Cotton Twines are made available in many differing
sizes and make up. Currently, we manufacture in 85gm, 125gm, 250gm
and 500gm . All of these sizes are made available in reel or ball
make up, and are presented in shrink wrapped parcels. The company
has recently invested in individual shrink wrapping machinery, which
allows us to sell singularly wrapped balls or reels, with a bar
coded descriptive label attached to each item.
