Polyester/Cotton Twines for use on mechanical tying
machines generally in the commercial tying of meat and poultry.
They are available in Red/White, Green/White, Blue/White and White.
These Twines are finished and washed for hygiene.
The product has a paste applied for handling purposes and the benefit
of less fraying. This paste is made from a Food grade starch. The
Twine is made on cones for easy fitting in the machines, and these
cones are made from Food grade plastic. Each cone is individually
shrink wrapped in order that it arrives at its destination clean
and ready for use.
These Twines are currently tested and passed by Public Analyst as conforming to the Standards applicable to the Food Safety Act 1990, and Materials and Articles in Contact with Food Act
